The efficiency that electronic signatures have added to my practice is priceless. We use Rightsignature to send and execute all of our contracts and invoices online. Aside from the speed with which the documents are returned, the ability to store and access all of the copies in one location is huge. Great time saver and relatively inexpensive.

Do you still sign documents using a TIFF? TIFFs are extremely large. In email I do the same thing but with a .PNG, the advantage is you have a transparent background so it matches any document. There are quite a few digital signature solutions out there nowadays though. Great post by the way!

It is quite obvious that an electronic signature can be very useful in various situations. This advancement enables strong user authentication and speeds up the document verification and approval process. Good post!

I am agree with above because digital signature technology is very safe and easy. It is best for clear deal because it is transparent but safe.
