We're Movin' On Up!

It would appear that my hometown of Louisville is growin’! We are now the site of an all new Apple Store in Oxmoor Mall. Thinking I would simply go to the mall at 6:00 tonight when the store opened and purchase some cleaner for my Macbook Pro, you can imagine my surprise when I arrived to hear over 400 people counting down from 30 seconds prior to the clock striking the hour. There was a line of Apple workers inside the store who chanted and cheered as the first customers in line ran through like a local High School football game. Each person received a t-shirt packaged, in usual Apple fashion, in a nice white non-descript box.

The line to enter the store streatched from the center of the mall to Macy’s (far end of the mall) and back to the Apple store in the center. Hopefully there were many other lawyers in line vying to purchase their iMacs.  [Yes these pictures were taken with my iPhone]
