Be careful which version and from what company you download.  Make sure the license for the version you are downloading says &quot;freeware&quot; not &quot;trial&quot;.  Be careful of software titled &quot;Scan to PDF&quot; or &quot;Scan2PDF professional&quot;, &quot;trial version&quot;, etc.  The links I have placed in the post should link you to the freeware.

I have scanned and printed documents with no such watermarks.  Remember the software should be titled &quot;Scan2PDF 1.5&quot; (1.6 is the latest version)from Softpedia.</description>
