TechnoEsq Presentations – Affordable Presentations for Lawyers

TechnoEsq Presentations attended the Kentucky Justice Association’s Auto Damages Seminar on Friday, May 29, 2009 chaired by Robert Mattingly and John DeCamillis and can truly say it was perhaps the best seminar we ever attended. In addition to TechnoEsq’s own Finis Price speaking with retired Judge and mediator Tom McDonald, there were other tremendous speakers and a live motor vehicle collision put on by Sonny Cease and Rob Miller of Reconstruction Services and Wolf Technical Services.

Of course, TechnoEsq Presentations had a booth at the event to showcase our services and could not have been more pleased with the results. We were able to speak with many Plaintiff’s attorneys who had the pre-conceived idea that  our pre-litigation, mediation and trial presentations were too expensive for their small to medium valued cases. Fortunately, many were receptive to our economical prices once they learned of our reasonable prices that are easily affordable even in minor impact claims.

We  discovered that many attorneys hold the belief that they must be prepared to spend upwards of $10,000 for a quality presentation. This myth becomes perpetuated by our competitors who continue to focus on those multi-million dollar claims which require large fees. At TechnoEsq Presentations, while we do create large-scale presentations, we focus on an overlooked market that is woefully under-served. That market consists of the solo, small or medium Plaintiff’s law firms with a large volume of cases that don’t warrant spending $10k on a presentation.

As you can see from our new website, TechnoEsq Presentations has specialized in creating affordable presentations costing anywhere from $1,000 to $9,000. For this reasonable fee, our presentations have consistently increased the value of our client’s cases, often resulting in settlements over 3x the cost of the presentation. Judge McDonald feels that mediation presentations are quickly becoming a necessity at mediation, regardless of the size of the case, simply because the more mediums information is presented, the better retained it is.  The question is no longer whether you can afford to pay to present your claim with cutting edge technology and attorneys and paralegals with years of experience in creating these presentations, but whether your case can afford not to.
